Dealing with Third Parties

We can help you deal with the registrar and/or the host.  We can’t do everything as we’re not the actual customer. 

But there’s certain stuff we can do, and we can get specific advice from them so we can advise you and walk you through what you need to do.  And you can just drop us an email if you get an invoice you’re not sure of, and we’ll look into it and tell you if it’s something that needs your attention or just somebody trying it on.

Please note that telephone and email support is standard for design issues, as we are the designer. This paid service only applies to dealing with third parties where we are not the service provider.

Website Monitoring

We will monitor your website on a monthly basis to make sure all the components work as expected. 

If we can make a small change, for instance a common one is recompiling a menu that no longer works under a particular browser, that will be included.  If a big modification is needed, we will alert you and give you an estimate of the cost to change.

Your Investment

We’re offering these services on a trial basis at $27 a month for the first and $57 a month for the second, or both services for $77 a month – 3 month minimum term, payable in advance.
